Browsing through the "computer books" section of a torrent website and seeing that >%50 of them are titles such as "hacking for dummies", "super cool hacks", "hacking made easy", and "hacking secrets revealed".

My coworkers. Where are all the people that can write good code? I haven't met anyone IRL. Seriously?
