C++ IDE

Hi /prog/

I'm searching for a C/C++ IDE for Linux that:
- Runs natively (no java, no vm, I need speed;
- Provides intelligent code completion;
- Allows compiling steps configuration (i.e. customized makefile);

I'd like to know what does the EXPERT PROGRAMMER suggest.
