OSS License

this is probably pretty easy to find by reading a bunch over at opensource.org but does anyone here know if there's an opens ource license, similar to BSD or MIT would be a plus, that basically allows for people to e-mail you or contact you somehow and request use of your code that requires a license change?

of course contact info would be mandatory in a license like this and that might cause issues but if you don't like it there's plenty of other licenses to use.

also some sort of agreement should be able to be written up at the change of license. so basically this means that multiple copies of the same software can circulate with different licenses.

or at least different additions to the base license, like a modular license. DOES IT EXIST?!?!?!? SHOULD IT EXIST?!?!?!

wha, i had no idea.

i've always been a bsd and mit license guy because i feel that capitalism is a part of civilisation and corporations should be able to make use of research if the research is offered up for free.

but why i'm asking is because i'm thinking about all these new commercial Linuxes like Chrome OS for a recent example. couldn't google contact various oss software creators that contributed to the system and change the license just for them, nobody else?

that would maybe benefit them because i'm sure geeks are more willing to do something like that for their bigbrother google than for microsoft.
