I am an expert Enteprise-class JSP/JSF and ASP.Net Programmer and wish to know if any PHP framework even comes close to proper replication of either of these fine enterprise products. While I initially scoffed at XML-expressed components and Enterprise data binding oriented expression languages, it actually began to grow on me.

MVC frameworks for PHP seem to leave out the V part. Templating frameworks leave out data binding. All the other stuff seems to be half-implemented JSRs.

Is PHP still the procedural magic-quotes MySQL-whore I remember it to be?
