when you're rendering a page through iexplore.exe using ietab in firefox, is there a way that the rendered page can find out you're using firefox as a wrapper?
ok i sorta figured out now that the page i'm talking about starts java on my client. and through firefox's ietab it is unable to do this and therefore shows a standard message about MSIE 5.5 and SP1 being required.
so, even though it has little to do with programming, can i start java jre when starting iexplore somehow? like on the command line in windows through a script? i'm examining the java command line arguments along with iexplore's cmd line arguments, if it has any.

when you're evaluating a program through metainterp.scm using CLISP in ubuntu, is there a way that the evaluated program can find out you're using metainterp as a wrapper?
can you do this with lisp or scheme somehow?
