Perfect example of user friendliness on linux. I've wasted three hours to get it to work with single command(execute a configure script for install) and it still doesn't work.

Why do you think Linux is supposed to be interacted with a non-specialst? Only specialists spend effort doing that, the rest of us will use a complete OS that is pre-configured by other people.
