C IDE

What IDE do you use for C? And vim/vi/emacs don't count, as I use one of them now for my development (won't say which, don't want the emacs and vi people to start a war).

I'm looking for recommendations for a Windows C IDE.

I'm specifically using a Windows desktop, remotely accessing my Linux server through SSH and Samba. GCC is the compiler I will be using. All compiling and testing will be done on the Linux machine. Basically, all I need is something that will keep track of multiple file projects and generate a makefile, as well as some of the creature comforts I've become used to working with Eclipse (for Java).  I'm back to my favorite language but found myself a bit spoiled by Eclipse and Java's coddling.

im currently working on a ncurses frame work utility that allows you to embed programs and configure how the interact and execute based on key presses etc. then one could embed nano (or vim if you prefer) in one subwindow, and have ide-style output windows and source trees on the other windows
