About to switch from SICP

... to a larger HTML mainframe. Anyone have any advice on how to migrate the data XMLs into a larger MYSQL Oracle DB? Ideally, I would like to avoid Monadic stack overflows, as well as IRC servers (I've had bad experience with IRC in the past.) I've heard good things about Rails delivering five-nines turn-around scalability in the ABC programming language, anyone have any experience with this?

IRC request handlers are actually fairly efficient and customer-oriented nowadays. I'd suggest you give it another free trial before going to other vendors who have less extensive standards compliance, or use shady business models that could affect the team synergies of your own venture.
