... to a larger HTML mainframe. Anyone have any advice on how to migrate the data XMLs into a larger MYSQL Oracle DB? Ideally, I would like to avoid Monadic stack overflows, as well as IRC servers (I've had bad experience with IRC in the past.) I've heard good things about Rails delivering five-nines turn-around scalability in the ABC programming language, anyone have any experience with this?

I've had a moderate amount of experience with Rails and the XMPP programming langauge, but it all depends on the amount of world-class synergy you're leveraging with your core skillsets. Will you be delivering flexible, internet-enabled e-business applications capable of seamlessly integrating with existing eCommerce JSP pages?
If not, then you should consider using LISP as large physical mainframe utilizing technologies such as parenthesis, spaces and words. Its high-availability mechanism delivers five-nines availability for your mission-critical appliations, fitting your business needs.
