Here i am thinking what to do with life;
im 20 and if not the fact i cant program for shit i'd othewise be a pretty good programmer - socially awkward, never had gf etc, prefer to be alone. now i have the basic knowladge of php, sepples and java but the best i imagine i could write now is some keylogger that could send data to an ftp, provided the machine is not protected. durr
i guess php would be the easiest to master-to-a-level-someone-would-hire-me but somehow just the idea of being a PHP PROGRAMMER makes me uneasy.
what would you advice me knowing this much? preferably on-topic

Learn Java and/or C# and you're more-or-less bound to be hireable. Also learn some open-source project you can really get into. Learn how to read and understand other people's code. Then cooperate with the core developers on ways it could be improved. Learning how to work in a coding team is vital. Also get in the habit of tracking how long it takes you do develop stuff because estimations are a huge part of software development.
