MATLAB program

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a MATLAB program I have to write for tomorrow

what is the purpose of the fprintf command and how are user-made functions implemented into .m files?

fprintf stands for fast printf. If you need to print a lot of things, it's better to use fprintf, otherwise your program will become very slow.
