How can I install PEAR into free hosting server?

1) Download http://download.pear.php.net/package/PEAR-1.8.1.tgz
2) Untar on your own computer
3) Upload onto the target server, hopefully outside of the web-root,

For any additional packages, follow the same steps, and upload into the same area.
