I've actually met Leah before at a conference. I told her about /prog/ and she just laughed and said she gets that a lot. There seems to be a real male bias in the CS world, and only now are women being accepted. She claims that most of /prog/ are suffering from a type of inferiority complex, which to be honest I think is about right.
