C Compiler for Windows

/prog/ i need a compiler for windows.  Dont care about GUI, dont want to pirate, but i will if i need to.  What do you recommend?

But it doesn't support floating point arithmetic.
The Ultimate Enterprise edition has that but it compiled a backdoor into my every build. :(
