I'll tell you what game i DONT enjoy:
Flightgear. Under developed. Ridiculous physics. Shit barely simulates anything. The only thing it has going for it is it is FOSS.

I play lots of SNES and MegaDrive games (love Japanese RPGs old and modern and Sonic games of old (and perhaps Sonic 4 which I haven't tried)), though I listed only my favourites.
Kameo was a beautiful audiovisual experience and entertaining to play, and as for Nuts & Bolts, try it. It's great fun to build crazy vehicles and exploit game physics with stupid designs.

I looked at both of those games and neither was particularly engaging. Now if you want to try something GOOD get Super Mario Galaxy 2, Vanquish and Donkey Kong Country Returns. They're all masterpieces.

I like to watch videos of Solomon's Key, Umihara Kawase, Robotron 2084. I don't play anything myself.

My favorite game ever was "Tie Fighter" (for MS-DOS). What a fucking great game, is a shame that no ones is interested in playing it... i suppose you can't blame those people... the graphics are too outdated.
But the only real masterpiece of all is "Civilization".
All other games sucks by comparison

Tried Super Mario Galaxy on an emulator and loved it; bought a Wii and
Super Mario Galaxy 2 for the Winter Solstice. You got me interested in Donkey Kong Country Returns. Vanquish doesn't do it for me as I'm not into futuristic robot wars or FPSes. I like gorgeous fantasy-themed Japanese RPGs, adventure or platform games, or less gorgeous but still entertaining fantasy-themed dungeon crawlers/western RPGs, and perhaps Heroes of Might & Magic every now and then.
Right now I'm looking for something like Oblivion, Gothic, Two Worlds or Risen to add to my winter holidays. Unfortunately, Elder Scrolls V and Two Worlds 2 is going to be released next year, and I don't know anything about Piranha's next, so unless I stumble upon something nicer I'll be getting Arcania/Gothic 4.
I still regularly play the shit out of Ginormo Sword, even after completely finishing every part of it years ago. Very soon, I will create a 3D remake of this little-known gem.
