Is it possible to issue an automatic short ban for anyone who answers posts made by FrozenVoid, including in the ban notice the link to the anti-FrozenVoid GreaseMonkey script and a strong recommendation to use it?
OK, everybody listen carefully, I have a FINAL SOLUTION to our little annoyance.
Tripfags are not banned.
Anyone responding to any tripfag at all is banned for a short time (using a cookie would be enough!) and is presented with an advice not to reply to invisible posts and a link to a script that hides all tripfags (optional, of course).
Then the problem solves itself. No one in their right mind would even try to circumvent the system for the pleasure of being trolled inside. Tripfaggots on the other hand would find the lack of reaction annoying and depart to the greener pastures. As a bonus, even if they know about the system, they can't do anything about it. It doesn't prevent them from posting, it doesn't technically prevent anyone from replying, and the simplicity of the ban, via the cookie, only adds to it.
