Is it possible to issue an automatic short ban for anyone who answers posts made by FrozenVoid, including in the ban notice the link to the anti-FrozenVoid GreaseMonkey script and a strong recommendation to use it?

i have tools in my disposal to deal with overzealous moderators,so that in the case of ban or similar event(e.g. mass post deletion) i could respond accordingly(i.e. it would make things here worse.)
