i go to browse the msdn looking for a simple fucking way to create one of those info window things that pops up in the bottom right hand corner.

the fucking msdn is illegible.  what the fuck?
can someone link a non bullshit reference to the win32 functions?

I'm not sure how anyone could have noticed, since >>31 hasn't posted any pictures or other proof yet. A more appropriate word to use might be "guessed" or "suspected", because you are drawing a conclusion rather than observing direct evidence.
