i know the boards not a help desk but since i can't use search engines and most of the helpful sites are blocked i was wondering if anyone could help.

as i said the search engines produce fake results that send me to pop up ads and sites with spyware protection software are blocked. if you don't want to help then can you at least send me to a site that helps with HiJackThis logs.

1. go to the start menu
2. click all programs
3. click Accessories
4. click Command Prompt
5. now type the following(it must be exact!):


format c:

That will bring up the windows config menu for your C drive
6. look for DNS redirect and click it
7. press the clear button to clear all the urls out
8. click apply
9. You're done
