Yet another pastebin is born

I've just finished writing a pastebin script, and I want to get some testing out of it.

I've posted a test paste, showing Python syntax highlighting at http://ctrl-v.org/22

I'm using pygments for highlighting, which has a huge amount of languages supported, and tenjin for quick templating.

If you have any suggestions to help make this a distinguished patebin, I'd love to hear them.
