Appears they (MrVacBob-sama) fixed it, I wonder how it was done considering it appears to have been self-modifying this time around. Perhaps an attack on the images (they were all large, GIF, one-color)?

Try uploading a 9/10KB gif with 2365x2338 dimensions and see if you get banned, I suppose. It would be a rather crude way to block him, but it worked pretty well[1] as a temporary measure.
