Does anyone know a way to make my computer (windows) (in b4 flamewar) require a password in order to install programs?  This would be a great help.

There’s a difference between KDE and Windows? But they look and behave *exactly* the same! Down to the last tiny but very annoying fucked-up function! You’re lying! They are the same! ;)
