noise problem

i tried to make this mixer circuit but im getting a quite bad noise problem. its a hissing, white noise like problem and very noticable. im using the tl074 opamp which is supposed to be low noise but didnt work any better than the 741. how can i cut down the noise? i think its coming from the mic amplifier section. is the schematic correct or are there important components missing?

>>5 yeah i used all the same component values and only made it with one mic input and output as a prototype, and with just one input the noise is way too audiable. /b/ recommended i try asking here as /g/ failed to respond at all
