To leave now, perhaps because you arrived here by accident, hold down
the Control key and hit both the Space bar and then the backslash (\) key.
This emergency escape sequence is deliberately hard to type so that you
won't accidentally terminate the editor and lose work.
Documentation for the editor should be available with the shell command
"man aoeui" or "man asdfg".

158wpm on QWERTY here. I don't think switching to Dvorak is going to get me any further speed, since at those rates what matters most is not where the next key is, but how fast you can press them down.

Update: A couple of week have now passed, but I haven't received any QWERTY keystroke timing data yet that I can plug into the evolutionary model.
