graphics on c++

would anon please help!?
title is self explanatory, i wanna learn just the real basic/primitive stuff. like drawing lines, shapes, coloring text, things like that.

a link is fine too.

writing own stuff is fuck
to begin i would use libs like
allegro or motherfucking SDL
google for them, too lazy now.
