Java needs better Javadoc

What the deal with Javadoc?

That shit is non-semantic and non-standard and totally needs a revamp!

Not really.  The docs aren't meant to be read in that format; they're pretty good in the normal browser.

No human should EVER have to be exposed to XML; it should be equated to hex dumps for usability purposes.
