Need an application framework. I'm going to make something similar to a job search site that can host job listings and resumes and such.

I think I'd probably like something that at least attempts to be lightweight, but maybe not.

Oh, sorry. Yes, it'll be a web application. I don't think I have to worry about super-scalability or anything. I wouldn't imagine having anything more than 100 requests/second or so.
