rename .jpg e-books

hey /prog/, i hope you can help me.

i downloaded >1000 e-books (.rar hidden in .jpg file), but most of the filnames consist of numbers and not the actuall book/author name. inside the .jpg/.rar file, there is the real book (.pdf, .txt etc.) with the correct name.

is it possible to rename the numbered .jpg files with the correct book title from inside the .rar file or "scanning" the name from the .jpg image automaticly?

If I had 1000 real books, each of which I'd read and bought myself from all kinds of places in the world, sure, that'd be a nice feeling, but a batch of 1000 PDF files? What the fuck.
