What about ``museum'', or any of the hundreds of other words in English derived from Latin that still follow Latin pluralisation rules?
Or expressions like ``et cetera'', or ``i.e'', or ``e.g''?
The fact that you have the vocabulary of a first-grader doesn't mean Latin is irrelevant to the rest of us.
