I'm thinking about learning 1 of those 2 after finishing up with C. Which one has more uses?

C++ is generally more useful, but you should try LISP just to get a flavour of something completely different to C. It's cliché, but seriously, read SICP.

1. You didn't finish up with C.
2. It really depends on what you want. Do you want to expand your programming horizon and become a better programmer by learning this language, or do you want to waste ten years with horrible syntax and design so you can get a shitty job? For the former I recommend Lisp, in particular the Scheme dialect as used in SICP. C++ is great for the latter1.
