Ambiguity creeps into any naturally evolving language. I suspect that Lojban's dearth of fluent speakers and its top-down approach to language change helps to prevent that, but if it were to become popular I expect you would get plenty of ambiguity.

And it's not necessarily a bad feature of a language. Much comedic wordplay and ``white lies'' rely on ambiguity to be effective.
