Netbeans java output to xterm

Dear /prog/,

as i have already read my sicp today, would somebody be so kind to enlighten me how i can display the console output of a NetBeans java project in a terminal, e.g. xterm.

I can't stand the NetBeans output window anymore.

It's not just one kid. I know that because I'm one of them. And I don't know about the others, but I only force it to make it go stale, thus making you look somewhat lame if you use it again, even if in the appropriate context.

This one isn't particularly annoying, but says clearly "HELLO I LIKE TO LET MY BOSS CHOOSE THEENTERPRISE TURKEY SOLUTIONS I MUST USE INCLUDING PROGRAMMING LANGUAGE AND EDITOR"
