Programming an autoclicker

I need some guidance. Someone made an autoclicker for bux.to available on /rs/ using winbinder and php. I want to make one for another site but he encrypted his source code. so I need some ideas on where to start. Does anyone know of a good starting point for programming a php script? I can learn and I am smart enough to figure things out I just need a little help getting started.
