recording internet connection

I have problem:
I need program that can record packets sent from my PC and sent it again at the desired time
I'm playing online strategy game trough bowser and It's pain in the ass checking account every 1 hour and clicking same buttons all the time
I want make it automatic

PS I'm using windows XP SP2

don't tell me that there is no program like this
I remember that peoples was using one program to supervise sent packets, where it was sent and so on to crack online game launcher for private server (old times)
