What PL does /prog/ use at work?

Do you like it or hate it? Have you tried to convince your bosses to let you use some other programming language? If so, what language? Did it work?

99.9% of that downtime is because of people who shouldn't be messing with the server (but insist on having access to it) fucking things up, like deleting "mysql.exe" because "I don't know what it is and it's using a lot of CPU".
