What PL does /prog/ use at work?

Do you like it or hate it? Have you tried to convince your bosses to let you use some other programming language? If so, what language? Did it work?

Perl for web stuff and C# for pretty much everything else. My boss doesn't care what language it's in as long as it works.
If the boss wasn't so determined to stick with Windows I would be using C instead of C#, but I doubt that'll ever happen... Plan9, BSD, OS X or even Linux would be better than Windows, but apparently he thinks Windows works well enough... "The server is only down about 3.5 days per month!" yeah, 11.5% downtime isn't too bad.
