Adobe AIR

I have been a dev on an Adobe AIR project for the last 5 months now.

SHIT SUCKS. MASSIVE FUCKING FAIL.

Its a full blown desktop application, MDI, crazy windows all over the fucking place.

Shits slower than mollasses and opening just a few files makes its memory usage skyrocket to over 500mb.

Here is the best part.

FLASH NEVER WILL FREE THE MEMORY.

I hate it.

Also my boss writes AS3 code with no semicolons and little to no spacing and horrible variable names that mean nothing to the reader.

Convince your boss to switch to something more manageable.

Use lots of buzz words like:

Enterprise Quality
Manageable Code
Memory Allocation
Processor Performance.
