Hello. I will be making a virtual game console for PC. It will have 9x9 black and white screen and have a rich monotone sound output. The input will have 4 buttons arranged as so.
The games shall come in 4 byte files and programmed in an assembly-like language.
Also, if booted up with no game, it will include a 'The ABC Programming Language IDE' which will allow you to program, run, and debug your own code.
