Hello, /prog/. This was an experience to test that if, considering the current state of the board, one is still able to have meaningful conversation, provided that the right threads are made.
I saw this thread at 4-ch (
http://4-ch.net/code/kareha.pl/1206558017/) and thought about replicating it here to see if I'd get stupid memes and kopipe or actual replies.
I consider it a partial success. While /prog/ still has a very annoying low signal to noise ratio, it delivered more than the 4-ch equivalent. The 4-ch thread was filled with pointless nitpicking over the name instead of giving reasons on why AJAX abuse was bad.
Conclusion: If you dislike /prog/'s current state, just start decent threads, flood the shit with actual content, if you must.
