Do Terabite systems exist?

I'd think if the general(not spelled right) pop u less(not spelled right) have gigabite systems they would be.
But i have no idea if they do or not?
how would you build one? just asking no idea how to build a normal gig or less system.

ok ok so i deserve the ridicule i dont use the spell check that offen if ever simply because it slows down the posting process.
i thought i made it clear not joke just trying to learn.
i did some looking and cant seem to really find anything that says fastest processor is more than 3 or 4ghz.
