what do DEVELOPERS program if they have no ideas ?

I don't know about other programmers, but I don't just sit around thinking about stuff to program, I just come up with things over time that I feel need improving or something that might be nice but doesn't yet exist. I collect these ideas in an idea bank over time, and whenever I feel like doing some programming, I have a bunch of things to do.
