Old people syntax hilighting

Name: Anonymous 2008-03-23 13:43

I've noticed that most of my professors don't use syntax hilighting in VIM. They will either use white on black, or green on black. Does /prog/ think that this makes them worse programmers?

Holy fuck, your professors use VIM? Do they also use some *nix variant? Where do you go to school? I'm transferring immediately.

if you go to a good college they'll be using vi instead of vim.
