The weaknesses of the English language leave us with a need for clarification here. Is that users of either Python or Arc or users of both Python and Arc?
And if both, do you mean just users who combine both in a single project, users of both languages simultaneously but on different projects, or users that have at some time used Python, and have also at some time used Arc?
