SQL problem with kusaba

Alright, I'm not too savy with codes, but for the most part I've gotten through all the problems I was having trying to get my kusaba board running until I came at the standstill I'm at now. I'm using bluehost. From what I can gather, its treating it as though it doesn't have access to change things within the database.
