A new semester, a new ENTERPRISE project.

Hey there /prog/,

a new semester started at my college and we got the requirements for this semester's project today. I'm pretty sure that troll guy that hangs around here wrote it, but I have no way to prove it.

Anyway, let me share it with you.

* Languages are limited to Java and C++. PHP is not allowed because PHP4 wasn't object-oriented.
* The entire project must be managed using AUP.
* The program must be documented using UML.
* Data storage must be done in the form of either XML or an object-oriented database.

The subject of the project is the ever so specific 'information system', but apparently multiplayer Risk also falls into this category; which prompted the entire class to go make VIDJA GAEMS the coming 6 months.

Your thought, /prog/?

>>>Scott Ambler's Agile Unified Process (AUP) is a simplified version of the Rational Unified Process (RUP). It describes a simple, easy to understand approach to developing business application software using agile techniques and concepts yet still remaining true to the RUP. The AUP applies agile techniques including test driven design (TDD), Agile Modeling, agile change management, and database refactoring to improve productivity.
