When I use a not equal operator, I don't want one EXTRA CHARACTER of worthless
semantics and parser helping cues! I just want an OPERAtor!!
Not a "!=". Not a "<>". Those aren't even CHARACTERS!!!!
≠! ≠! ≠ IS THE STANDARD!!!
