How do you maintain work/life balance and prevent yourself from burning out from stress and being overworked?
Is it different in countries outside of the U.S.?

Does that mean you have to work 35 hours no matter what, or that you can't legally work more than that? (what about even if you want to, and what about possible unpaid work after you leave the office?)
