I need a welcome message for my ircd

otherwise you could give them names like Anonnnn, kinda like Guest on a lot of irc-networks

I implemented an irc server to do this a few months ago, except only like two people connected, and they were from /b/. The anon numbers were random. So it was like:

<Anon1> Hello.
<Anon5> Hello.
<Anon3> What's up?
<Anon7> OMG HI
<Anon4> Hm...

Basically, this allowed for one to address a specific message via their number, while retaining the anonymity of a message's poster.
