The C Programming Language, 3rd Edition

I propose that since our good C overlords are too busy giving head to Assembly, we should update the book to the last version of the language.
At least this way the new guys won't go crazy because what's written in the book can't actually be compiled and shit. (in before spec flags)

The second edition of K&R is ANSI C (ANSI X3.159-1989 - C89) and ISO 9899:1999 - C99
People complained about the first -- not the second edition.
