How to make a video streaming website...

I was just wondering how to make a YouTube clone while  using other websites' bandwidth. Instead of storing huge files on my website and spending a lot of money for bandwidth, I would simply stream other websites' videos and make money off advertising.

Is there any way to do this?

I want millions, a normal job won't get me that.
